Relocation Strategies® sold its first franchise location in 1999.
There are currently thirteen Relocation Strategies® locations.
The initial franchise fee ranges between $62,000 to $68,000 depending on market size and financing options.
The total investment will be based upon location and relative expenses including; office space, office
setup, employee wages, etc. Estimated additional investment cost is 15% – 20% of the Initial Franchise Fee.
The present royalty fee is 3% to 6% of gross revenue depending on type of contract. This fee is paid to the
franchisor on a monthly basis.
The term of the franchise agreement is for 10 years and can be renewed for another 10 years at the
royalty terms of the then current franchise royalty fee.
A franchisee’s business can be sold, with the franchisor’s approval, to a qualified buyer. The necessary
steps to re-sell will be outlined in the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).
Currently the advertising fee is a percentage of total royalties due, to be contributed by all franchisees to the national advertising cooperative.
Relocation Strategies® provides a comprehensive training program for you and your personnel included in your franchise fee. Additionally, we will visit your Franchise territory to provide start-up marketing and onboarding support during a one week “Launch & Development” period. Ongoing support and advising is provided from the Relo Franchise Services® team as needed.
We provide a comprehensive email server system, cloud storage & collaboration tools, as well as a Business CRM tool to aid in reporting and sales efforts; all of which are based at our corporate office in Cincinnati, OH.
Yes, your territory will be protected by zip code and in some cases geographical boundaries. Meaning that you will never have additional competition from within the network in your territory-specific market.
The time varies but normally around one to three months from the signing of the franchise agreement.
Yes, we offer internal financing for those who qualify. Also, SBA Lending & private financing is an option for potential franchisees. We work to ensure that all financers are provided with all the necessary information about our company and the franchise model in order to expedite the financing process.
Due to Federal Trade Commission Regulations, we are unable to quote exact monetary figures in regards to ROI or profit. However, we are more than willing to share our previous financial information from our current projects as reference.
There are very few equivalent competitors in the U.S. to Relocation Strategies®. There are several companies that provide a portion or singular aspect of the services that we offer, but Relocation Strategies® has a very unique offering in this industry. We currently have over 50 cities in the U.S. designated as territories that have the company and/or real estate populous to support a franchise location. Based on your desired market, we can determine whether or not a franchise in your area would be viable. In terms of the actual physical location of your franchise offices, we will offer support you in the decision making process to ensure you are positioned in a central location in regards to the territories business needs.
