Relocation Strategies® was founded in 1994 in Cincinnati, OH where the corporate headquarters resides today. In 2016, Relocation Strategies® expanded into the Houston market to serve clients across Houston and its neighboring metro areas. We will continue to serve this market with the same world class commercial transition/relocation services that our clients have come to expect throughout the past 22 years.
Our mission is to become the turnkey service provider for commercial relocation. We will leverage our 22 years of experience and know-how to create the most efficient, cost effective and seamless commercial relocation experience, with minimum operational impact to the clients. We act on behalf of our clients by engaging and facilitating all stakeholders throughout the whole relocation process.

Houston Team Bios
Michelle is the managing partner for Relocation Strategies Houston market. As managing partner Michelle is responsible for strategic planning, business development, vendor management and service delivery. Michelle earned her MBA in Finance from The Drucker School of Management in Claremont and has been working for fortune 500 companies for the past 15 years. However, she always felt there is something missing from her corporate career. It’s the entrepreneur spirit that drove her to step out of the comfort zone and pursue her dream of becoming a business owner.
Throughout her career, Michelle always brings initiative, focus and attention to detail to everything she does. Her expertise in financial management will make sure your relocation project will be done efficiently and economically.

Sam began his career in commercial real estate at CBRE in the Capital Markets group where he was responsible for the asset management of portfolios valued at over $6 Billion. Sam has a diverse background in commercial real estate from brokerage services, property management, development and has a comprehensive background in statistical modeling, underwriting, and debt financing. He is a natural problem solver and team leader.
Sam holds a Business Administration degree in Finance, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Houston. He is fluent in several Asian languages, and is able to conduct business in Mandarin and Cantonese. Sam is a native Texan and a US Army Infantry veteran.
