The Cleveland branch provides over 10 years experience in relocation planning and scheduling all stages of small to large-scale construction and corporate relocation projects.
Scott Costa comes to us most recently from Graebel Van Lines where he worked to develop new business and negotiated contracts for such accounts as NASA Glen Research Center, The University of Akron and Forest City Enterprises.
As a Project Manager handling large corporate relocation projects he has been charged with the responsibility of planning and executing both national and international relocation projects. He has successfully completed relocating and merging various sites to the new Domestic Headquarters of Sara Lee Foods, Al Neyer, Inc., Squires Sanders & Dempsey, Local Marketing Corporation and U S Financial Life Insurance.
Procter and Gamble can also take credit for his experience. He has worked ongoing with P&G for nearly four years before his return to Cleveland. While on these various projects he has been responsible for employee, fixtures and equipment, mechanical labs and even international relocation projects. Employee relocations ranged from as few as five to as many as 1600 scattered throughout the various campuses located in Cincinnati, Ohio. New furniture had to be integrated with transfers of the existing furniture. The mechanical labs proved a labyrinth of specialists that needed to balance, pressurize and level all types of equipment in coordination with installation. The international project consisted of relocating segmented divisions from four different countries to their new International Headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. Overcoming the language barriers in order to handle customs and border controls was a feat in itself. While planning and logistics carried on for over a year, 650 employees transferred into the new headquarters in just two months.
He has established a remarkable track record of providing excellent customer service for his previous clients and will make a valid contribution to your upcoming relocation project.
