Relocation Strategies® was founded in 1994 in Cincinnati, OH where the corporate headquarters resides today. In December 2017, Relocation Strategies expanded into the Washington metropolitan area to serve clients in the District Maryland Virginia (DMV) area with the same world class professionalism that our clients have come to expect for the past two decades. Our network across the U.S. is comprised of individuals with multidisciplinary backgrounds that can assemble to solve the most complex logistical project needs. We are able to handle any challenge that a relocation project may present, not only in the Washington DC metro area, but across the U.S. and around the world.
Lou Haley is Relocation Strategies® Washington network partner. Lou has extensive experience working with local, regional and national businesses to implement change and be a catalyst for productivity improvement. Lou’s experiences include crafting and executing strategic planning and scheduling, budgeting, profit and loss management, project management and vendor relationship management.

Lou serves as the Network Partner for Relocation Strategies Washington. For 25+ years Lou worked in national and local law firms handling all aspects of the administrative management for the firms. The responsibilities included strategic planning, financial planning, human resource management, facilities management, and information technology planning. He has successfully led teams in the opening of new firm sites, the renovation and expansion of existing facilities, and the moving and settling of employees following their relocation. Lou brings a steady demeaner to the anxiety filled period leading up to a relocation. He looks for opportunities for cost savings and improved efficiency.
Lou received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. He is a local from Alexandria Virginia and resides in the Mount Vernon area with his wife Barb. His pastimes include golf, bicycling and reading political commentary.
